Royal Air Force Odiham celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Chinook helicopter entering RAF Service with a commemorative new colour scheme. Pictured is a Chinook (CH47) from 27 Squadron, RAF Odiham which landed on the flight deck of HMS Prince Of Wales on 12th May 2021. The helicopter displayed the red, white and blue colours to celebrate its 40th anniversary. Throughout its 40 years of service the Chinook has made an immeasurable contribution to the Service, supporting communities across the UK and operating in every major conflict since the Falklands War.
Pictured are Royal Air Force Personnel at RAF Coningsby, taking part in a virtual training environment ready to support Op RESCRIPT MACA taskings. Training was delivered using a mix of online training videos and live skype meetings. Training took place at RAF Coningsby and was delivered by Regular and Reserve personnel.
